ScorpInc Scouts

Every kid should learn valuable skills growing up to prepare them for anything life can throw into their path and ScorpInc Scouts is here to give them all the skills they need. How many kids don’t know how to tie a knot, repair a broken spice rack, or wage guerilla warfare on an invading force? This isn’t the fault of the children, but of a schooling system that prioritises cheap babysitting over teaching the finer points of teamwork, fieldwork, and wetwork.

That’s where ScorpInc Scouts comes in. We have a rotating series of drop-in, drop-out classes at all ScorpInc Towers and MegaYurt sub-zones so your kids can get the education they need while you’re off on shift work, weekend [EXPUNGED] operations, or other classified missions. At ScorpInc we’re like a family (for tax purposes) and your kids are our kids too (for tax and magic purposes).

Kids can earn merit badges for showing competencies in various areas, including but not limited too:

• Archaeology - Help recover ancient artifacts from sites or museums.
• Basketry - Learn to weave various types of baskets.
• Composite Materials - Appear as any author on a research paper regarding new developments in materials or work at least twelve shifts in a supported ScorpInc materials lab.
• Corporate Citizenship - Provide pro-ScorpInc quotes in a media release or appearing in press photography that shows ScorpInc or one of its shell companies in a positive light.
• Emergency Preparedness - Lead a major emergency response drill (fire, flood, CBRN, psychic warfare, cognitohazard) at ScorpInc or initiate such incident types in at least three rival corporations.
• Hand-to-hand Combat - Survive twelve contiguous rounds against a tax auditor.
• Junior Leadership - Work at least twelve (12) shifts in managing other kids in the Treasure Hunt activity at our ChildSafe™ warehouses.
• Numbers Station Management - Work at least one shift in each role at a ScorpInc numbers station.
• Pulp and Paper - Make your own paper from recycled shredded audit documents and create a series of flyers to be dropped on rival enterprise living quarters.
• Wilderness Survival - Take a one month secondment to a remote Siberian outpost.

It’s also important that ScorpInc Scouts take part in a range of team building activities to help connect with kids of all ages. We have a variety of fun and friendly adventures including:
